Below is a list of the 37th annual IBPA Book Award program finalists. One Gold winner and two Silver winners will be announced in each category during a LIVE awards ceremony on the evening of May 16, 2025 at the Intercontinental St. Paul Riverfront in St. Paul, MN. NOTE: Starting with the 37th annual book award program in 2025, the Independent Book Publishers Association announced the rebranding and expansion of its book award program. Part of that rebranding was a name change for the award program, from the IBPA Benjamin Franklin Award to the IBPA Book Award.
